We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact or audit-request form:
- Full name.
- Email and, optionally, phone number.
- Business or brand name and, optionally, its website.
- The service you are interested in and any information included in your message.
Our providers may also collect technical browsing data (such as the IP address) for security and operation purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To handle your request and send you the audit or quote you ask for — legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.
- To provide our services if we reach an agreement — legal basis: performance of the contract.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations — legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the contractual relationship and any applicable legal periods. When no longer needed, we securely delete it.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. To provide the service we rely on processors:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
- Resend — delivery and management of form emails.
- Google Fonts — font delivery.
6. International transfers
GIB is established in the United States and some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we apply the appropriate safeguards required by law (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, as well as withdraw any consent given. To do so, write to consultoria@generandoideasbrillantes.es. If you reside in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. We validate information on the server and limit access to those who need it to serve you.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
